I was extremely happy with our experience with Klean Karpets. When we compared prices for carpet cleaning they had the best price. They were on time, very friendly and professional, and did a wonderful job on the carpets. When we moved into our condo there were stains on the carpet that we were told were unable to come out. After one cleaning by Klean Karpets ALL the stains are gone. I really can't believe it! They were in and out of our condo within 35 minutes. I can't sing my praises loud enough!

The technician was very professional. Arrived on time and was in and out in less than an hour. The carpets look great. We had tried carpet cleaner rentals in the past but they did not get all of the stains out. He was able to get stains out of the carpet that I thought would never come out. I will definitely use Klean Carpets in the future.

It was the employee who did the rugs that was stellar. Emil was his name. He was a gem. Extremely helpful, knows his stuff about carpets. I would have him back in a minute. Klean Karpets has a fantastic employee working for them. I only needed stairs done, and he offered to do the closets, which were the only other places where there was carpet.
